May 5th  W Two toddlers 16 and 18 month old die at Happy Happy daycare center drowning in northern California in San Jose, October 2, 2023. Pool gate was propped and kids got in. Owners have been arrested for felony criminal child endangerment and criminal endangerment. Another two 3-year old twin toddlers drown in Phoenix, Arizona. Dad was giving them both CPR at the same time. Horrible boat accidents in Florida and California, pool chemicals and E.coli, and a 5 year old dies in a YMCA in Virginia.

We give an update on Mikey from SD fish and Sips. We talk a little about another lifeguard podcast and a Dr. Andrew Schmidt who really knows his stuff when it comes to the importance of the lifeguard link in the EMS chain. Lui almost died on a boat in big surf and we revisit a drowning from a summer camp that rocked California in 2005. Sorry for the audio on this one.
