Grierson & Leitch

Three fascinating movies this week, we're getting into the good season. First, it's "Possible Love," Lee Chang-dong's first movie since "Burning." Then it's the Laika animated film "Wildwood." And we close with Paweł Pawlikowski' "Fatherland." Thanks to Dylan Mayer and My Friend Mary, both of which are wonderful, for the music. We hope you enjoy.  Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter or Bluesky, or [email protected].

The most anticipated documentary of ... all time? ... hits theaters this weekend, with Nathan Fielder's and Lance Oppenheim's "You Can See Everything" about Elizabeth Holmes, and so much more. It's an all doc week: We follow with Alex Gibney's "Musk" and the Harlem Renaissance reunion "Once Upon a Time in Harlem." It's our first all documentaries show! Thanks to Dylan Mayer and My Friend Mary, both of which are wonderful, for the music. We hope you enjoy.  Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter or Bluesky, or [email protected].

Hey, there's a new Facebook movie out from Aaron Sorkin! It's "The Social Reckoning." Also, we have the much-awaited documentary sequel "My Undesirable Friends: Part Two -- Exile." And we close with Ben Affleck's Netflix movie "Animals." Thanks to Dylan Mayer and My Friend Mary, both of which are wonderful, for the music. We hope you enjoy.  Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter or Bluesky, or [email protected].

We apologize in advance: We had a very long show! But we had a lot to dig into. We start with Tom Cruise's "Digger," which, whatever you think about it, certainly provides plenty to chew on. Then it's Anne Hathaway and Dakota Johnson in "Verity." And we close with Cristian Mungiu's "Fjord," with Sebastian Stan and Renate Reinsve. Those are some big movies that gave us bunches to talk about. Thanks to Dylan Mayer and My Friend Mary, both of which are wonderful, for the music. We hope you enjoy.  Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter or Bluesky, or [email protected].

Hey hey, our third show in a week, you have to be sick of us. Three new movies this week, only two of which Leitch has seen. First, it's Robert Pattinson as Chris Hansen in "Primetime." Then it's Mahershala Ali in "Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother." And then Brad Pitt and a dog in "Heart of the Beast." (That's the one Leitch hasn't seen.) Thanks to Dylan Mayer and My Friend Mary, both of which are wonderful, for the music. We hope you enjoy.  Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter or Bluesky, or [email protected].
