As we head into the new year now is a good time to evaluate whether to add something or take something off your plate. In this video I share three questions that I ask myself not just in the new year but whenever I am starting to feel overwhelmed. 1.) Will adding or taking this thing off my plate help my priority to love God and love others or will it hinder it?2.) Do I truly have the capacity in this season of my life to add this to my plate? Am I in a season of life where I need to take something off my plate?3.) Am I the ONLY person able and capable to take on this specific thing? Will saying no when needed allow for others to step up, serve and fill the gap?
