Here’s what we know right now:Launches are inconsistent; Evergreen has lost so much steam that it’s mostly just (at best) a lead generation engine at this point; .. And, that the answer isn’t to keep doing the same old.In this podcast episode, I break down the sales system I recommend right now, and why. Mentioned in this Episode: Get a Ticket for the $400k Profit Plan Workshop (to be held 24 November): https://www.lifestylebusinessschool.co/tyis8awr Get the Online Business Model Map I Recommend for 2026: https://lifestylebusiness.school/profit-plan-lm-1Evergreen Funnel Case Study: How I Made $27,813 in 2 Months (And Why It’s Not Passive Income): https://lifestylebusinessschool.substack.com/p/evergreen-sales-funnel-case-studyWant more? In other words, they aren't generating the volume of leads required to sell.As I've already covered, this isn't getting easier in the current environment – it's getting harder. The problem is two-fold – the leads are harder to get, and once you have them it's harder to sell to them. Most founders try to solve the problem in one of two ways:Chase more leads: Makes sense on the surface of it, right? If you don't have enough leads, you should look for ways to get more. And so, they do. They start posting on new social platforms, running more ads, trying out different lead magnets... and most of the time, hitting up against their tipping point when they do.Create more offers: Faced with a shortfall in revenue, they decide to build out new offers to serve the people they already have in their audience. Revenue-wise, it works great. Time and energy-wise, it stacks their calendar with more creation and more things to deliver on, and they end up working more than ever. Here's the problem:Both solutions require MORE AND BIGGER to achieve the same endgame. If your goal is the $400k sweet spot, I have a different approach for you and I'm walking through what it is in today's podcast episode. Mentioned in this Episode: Get a Ticket for the $400k Profit Plan Workshop (to be held 24 November): https://www.lifestylebusinessschool.co/tyis8awr Get the Online Business Model Map I Recommend for 2026: https://lifestylebusiness.school/profit-plan-lm-1Want more? In the last episode we unpacked why chasing scale past the tipping point often makes everything harder. The fix? Clarity on your endgame, and a focus on the smallest, simplest and lightest model for achieving it.Of course, you’re welcome to clarify your own endgame. But to make things easy, I’m simply going to share a beautiful and realistic sweet spot endgame that represents a damn good life for most online experts. To stand out and sell — always, but especially in 2025 — you’ve gotta niche.Happily (especially if you are a personal brand), that DOESN’T mean putting your sweet little multi-passionate self into a box for twenty years and throwing away the key.But it DOES mean that you should create individual PROJECTS under your personal brand (I talk about that more in part one of this series here) and niche them sufficiently so as to cut through. How? Choose a market that has in-built demand, and then to go three or four layers deep to specialise within it. In this episode, I show you how. PS This is Part Two in a five part series to help you set up a personal brand for success. Recently, Google embarked on a mission to answer one question: ‘How do consumers decide what they want to buy and who they want to buy it from?’The answer was.. squiggly, the say the least. To stand out and sell in 2025, you’re not just ‘one funnel away’ anymore. Instead, it’s essential to build an ecosystem of touchpoints to satisfy the savvy, skeptical buyers that you’re the real deal. The 'middle of funnel' is more important (and squiggly) than ever, and to stand out and sell? Yours needs to be robust. The test is this — if someone found you right now, would they have 7-9 hours of touchpoint available with you to binge on demand? If not, you need today's episode. And if you do, you still need it - because there's four other tests I share, too. Episode Show Notes:00:00 The changing landscape of marketing00:14 The middle of funnel squig02:25 Reasons why the landscape has changed02:26 Reason one: Trust desert03:30 Reason two: A more discerning market04:33 Reason three: Savvier research abilities05:41 Five tips for standing out08:18 One: Build a strong brand14:34 Two: Establish a middle of funnel trigger18:41 Three: Automate your middle of funnel ecosystem25:35 Four: Create long form content32:56 Five: Inject authority markers[🎉 New!] Subscribe to Stevie's Substack for weekly articles and behind the scenes: https://lifestylebusinessschool.substack.com/———Recommended next episode: → [Last week's episode]: Marketing Has Changed. She lost me when she said "I'm sure everyone has an audience already". Nope. If that was the case I wouldn't be here for tips. Creating content is one thing, finding an audience is another, optimizing in yet another. Simple tips overall but what if you're a Creator starting from zero? I have no interest in bombarding anyone, let alone my friends and family with my content if they have no interest in the subject matter.
