Mar 7, 2026 - The first installment of The Long March where I feature long-form pieces (30 minutes or more). Two great tracks from State Azure and Michael Brückner.
I had some technical issues (mostly with my mic) during the show and so this is a reconstruction of the show. There's something from the mysterious trio, Dream Sequence, and new artists Yakuzza Jakuzzi and The Rosen Corporation.
Feb. 21 2026 - Dug into the archives to find some gems to bring into the light. Started with a few new ones from Erik Wøllo's new release, Snow Tides. Added a new artist, oscar postma, to the Sequence. And then plenty of music from some of our favorites.
The focus for this week's show was on some more new releases, including Dyson Sphere Beta by Martin Stürtzer and Berlin Transit by DaFou. There's also new music by Main Sequence favs L.V. Morris and DTime.
This was one where I was working without a net. I didn't prepare a playlist in advance and just chose music as the show progressed. I hope you think that I did a good job with that.
This week I highlighted several works from the new Cyclical Dreams release by Small Chief, Zero Movement. It’s got some absolutely beautiful and subtly pulsing atmospheres.
I played several tracks from the release and, inspired by the music, played music of a generally more subdued nature. Hear how sequences can create warm and pulsing sound worlds.
The focus for this week’s show is on New Music–music that has been released since the beginning of the year (three weeks ago). This includes a variety of music by Joerg Dankert, D*Time, L.V. Morris, Anantakara – Rhea, The Basement Project, and more. There is a special focus on the new collection from Tim Stebbing.
No particular theme this week. Just going through my library and finding tracks that grab me for one reason or another. Quite a few different moods here, methinks. See what you think.
This week's playlist was fated to be. The universe selected what it wanted us to hear. Actually, I just threw my library on shuffle and grabbed the first 2 hours worth that came out. I have to say, the universe did a great job.
The first show of 2026 was dedicated entirely to the music of my friend Paul Ellis. It focuses mostly on some of his most recent (2024-2025) sequencer based releases, but includes a throwback all the way to 2003.
I go through some of my favorite artists and releases of 2025. It was hard to fit everything and so there are lots of tracks that are shorter than what I typically play. So much great music this year!
Since we were on the cusp of the longest night of the year, I decided to play several long form pieces, one from my old friend Palancar and one from Martin Stürtzer. (FYI, the Stürtzer track comes from one of his Patreon exclusives. I would highly recommend following him there.)
Something old and something new, and highlighting the work of Alexander Obukhov (AKA OBUKHOVAUDIO).
Dec 06, 2025 - Just a grab bag of tunes from some of my favorites artists.
Nov 29, 2025 - This show is dedicated to some of the works of contemporary electronic artist Martin Stürtzer, specifically focusing on his sequences.
Introducing some new music and new artists, focusing on some mid-length pieces (20-30 minute range).
This week's show features the latest release from the Cyclical Dreams label, The Vanishing Point by Grant Beasley. The second half of the show highlights several performances from last years Cyclical Fest in order to set the stage for this year's event (which will be Saturday, November 22, 2025)
On this episode we play several artists for the first time on RadioSpiral, including State Azure, John Louis Kluck, and L.V. Morris. Also, new music from Resonating With Life on the Cyclical Dream netlabel. Cover art includes image from To A Distant World by State Azure.
The inaugural episode of The Main Sequence on RadioSpiral. With music from Steve Roach, Chuck van Zyl, DTime, Arjen Schat, Martin Stürtzer and more. Cover art includes image from Problem with time by The Basement Project.
