Description

Welcome to the Aligned Woman Podcast with your host, Keri Kugler. This is the podcast to get real about what it takes to build a successful online business while becoming the most alive and aligned version of you.

After building my dream business from the ground up, leaving my full time job and taking my life coaching business full time in under a year I began falling in love with helping as many women as possible how to answer their calling, take their gifts seriously and build profitable businesses that are rooted in impact and transformation.

I'm here to activate and guide you with weekly episodes on energetics, strategy, client attraction, sales, and all things online business sprinkled with a little magic and mysticism

Let's dive into this week's episode.
285 Episodes
Reverse
There's a moment in business that no one really prepares you for. When things slow down. When the numbers dip. When it would be very easy to spiral, question everything, and make it mean something about you. This episode is a real-time conversation about exactly that. I'm taking you inside a recent income dip I experienced, how I moved through it, and what I see now so clearly about these seasons that most women completely miss. Because here's the truth: Income dips are not a sign that something is wrong. They're a normal part of building something that actually grows. But more than that, they reveal something deeper. They show you who you are when things aren't instantly working. They expose where you're still attaching your power, your worth, and your safety to your results. And that's the real work. Inside this episode, I walk you through: What income dips actually mean (and what they don't) Why these seasons are non-negotiable if you're building something sustainable The identity shift that changes everything during slower seasons How to stop making dips mean something about your worth or your business Three simple, powerful practices I used to regulate my nervous system and shift my energy fast How to hold yourself in a way where you know you're already on the other side These practices are simple. You can do them in minutes. But they will change how you move through your business. Because the women who create long-term success are not the ones who avoid dips. They're the ones who stay steady, grounded, and powerful inside of them. Resources + Next Steps Two EFT practices I mentioned in this episode: → https://youtu.be/jdXOvuKE0HE?si=Bp_E6pQpod64c9Zw → https://youtu.be/96K7HWPtrGo?si=k4WwZwaG-pxRe_gB If this episode hit something for you and you're ready to look at what's actually happening underneath your current results and make clean, grounded decisions from there: Conscious Women in Business LIVE An in-person leadership experience in St. Louis April 17 → Secure Your Seat Here Or we can do this work together privately: Business Alignment Intensive A private 90-minute session + 1 week of support to realign your business, clarify your next level, and move forward with clean, strategic action → Book Your Intensive Here
This episode is a little different. I originally felt called to record this as a way to celebrate my birthday, but not from a place of performance or recap. I wanted to open the door and actually let you into what this season of my life looks like in real time. What I'm navigating. What I'm seeing. What I'm still working through. Because growth in my 40s has been a completely different experience than anything I moved through in my 30s. It's deeper. It's more confronting. And it's asking something different of me. In this conversation, I'm sharing the lessons that have shaped me this past year and the ones that are still actively unfolding: – What I'm attracting and what it's reflecting back to me – The difference between accessing a state and actually sustaining it – Where control has been driving my decisions and what's underneath it – The shifts happening in my relationship to business, money, and social media – What I want now as a woman, a mother, and a leader – The deepening of my boundaries, my voice, and my sense of self – And why this season feels less about fixing myself and more about expansion, connection, and truth This isn't a "here's how to do it" episode. It's a real one. And my intention is that somewhere inside of it, you see yourself more clearly too. Let's take it deeper: If you're listening and you can feel there's something underneath your business that needs to shift, this is the work we do inside the Business Alignment Intensive. It's a private 90-minute session plus one week of private coaching to realign your business, get clear on what's actually going on, and walk away with grounded decisions and next steps.  Book yours here. And if you want to be in this conversation in a room with other women who are doing this work too, Conscious Women in Business Live is that space. It's an in-person leadership experience where we go deeper into how you're leading and what's ready to shift. You can reserve your seat here.
There are conversations that stay on the surface and then there are the ones that take you into the actual work. This is one of those. In this episode, I sat down with Ashley Simonis, someone I've had the privilege of witnessing over the years, from a season where she was still finding her footing… to now leading her own work with clarity and conviction. We didn't just talk about business. We talked about the practice behind it. What it really means to live your work. To be in it and to let it shape you. We went into the seasons that don't get talked about enough, the ones where nothing is landing the way you hoped, where you're questioning everything, where it looks like it might not work. And instead of rushing past that part, we stayed there. Because that's the part that changes you. Inside this conversation, we explore what it looks like to move through those spaces without abandoning yourself… and how that is the very thing that builds the woman capable of leading something real. We talk about yoga not as something you do for an hour on a mat, but as a way of living, a way of holding yourself, a way of making decisions, a way of leading. And how that practice becomes the foundation for everything you create in your business. This episode is for the woman who is in it right now. The one who KNOWS the gap. The one who knows she's in a transition. The one who can feel what's next, but doesn't fully see how it comes together yet. Nothing has gone wrong. You're in the work. And if you stay with it, if you keep going, if you let it shape you instead of rushing to escape it, that's where everything starts to move. Connect with Ashley here: Personal Instagram Page: https://www.instagram.com/ashleysimonisyoga?igsh=MWJiaGJ1M2R0c2JhaQ== Home Yoga's Instagram Page: https://www.instagram.com/homeyogamo?igsh=dWUydTFxemxnNDE3 Ashley is a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga first and foremost. This fuels her passion for teaching. Her practice began in 2011 at a carpeted heated studio in St. Louis, MO. (Eeek!) Ashley completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2016 with BlueBird and Southtown Yoga in St. Louis, MO where she was born, raised and currently resides and her 300 hour training in 2020 with Yoga Oasis in Tucson, AZ. She teaches classes, workshops, and teacher trainings both locally and nationally with a heavy emphasis on accessibility. Ashley studies and works closely with her teacher Darren Rhodes, founder of yogahour®. Her gusto for these practices (and life in general) is undeniable and you'll see that in her offerings. Ashley's mission is to get these practices off the mat (or cushion) and into the world. There's something really profound that happens when a person can bring their practice into their day to day lives.
There's a moment that happens in many women's businesses that isn't talked about very often. She's not a beginner anymore. She has already built something. She's showing up, creating content, selling, and taking action, but the effort she's putting into the business no longer seems to match the results she's getting back. At this stage, most women assume they simply need to do more. More visibility. More content. More platforms. More effort. But in reality, what's often happening is much quieter than that. The business itself has slowly drifted out of alignment with the woman leading it. In this episode I walk through four unconscious patterns she frequently sees inside women's businesses when things start to feel heavier than they should. These patterns are subtle, but once you see them, it becomes much easier to understand what actually needs to change. You'll also hear the deeper questions that can help you step back and recalibrate your business so the structure, strategy, and systems are supporting the level of leadership you're stepping into now. This is the exact kind of work I do inside My Business Alignment Intensives, a focused 90-minute private session + 1-week of private Voxer coaching designed to help women look at their business clearly and identify what truly needs to shift. If you've been taking action but feel like something underneath the surface isn't quite working anymore, this episode will help you see your business from a new perspective. We hear it all the time. "Get out of your own way." "You're the only thing standing between you and what you want." But what does that actually look like in the day-to-day when you're building a business, leading clients, and creating something meaningful? In this episode of The Aligned Woman Podcast I share a deeper look at how we unknowingly stall our own momentum. Not through lack of ideas. Not through lack of ambition. But through hesitation, second-guessing, and outsourcing our authority. Inside this episode we explore: Why second-guessing is one of the biggest hidden blocks in business How outsourcing your authority slows your momentum The difference between seeking clarity and avoiding decisions Why powerful businesses are built by women who know how to decide How over-thinking, endless research, and too many opinions dilute your inner authority The real cost of circling the same decision over and over again You'll also be prompted to reflect on something you may already know the answer to but haven't acted on yet. Because the truth is: In the time you spend questioning, researching, and second-guessing, you could have made ten decisions and already be light-years ahead. You're READY. Last week, I stepped out of my little online bubble and attended a content event at Dreamer's Loft. I'm selective about who I learn from. I almost didn't go, but what I walked away with had nothing to do with trends, hooks, or algorithms. It was a reminder I think many of us need right now: Embodied content over performance. If you are a service-based business owner, your people are not buying your offer in isolation. They are investing in you. Your leadership. Your energy. Your presence. Your standards. And when your leadership feels off, your content will too. That's when Instagram feels heavy. That's when comparison creeps in. That's when you start trying to "crack the code" instead of actually leading. In this mini-episode, I share: Why content feels flat when you're disconnected from yourself The leadership question you should be asking instead of "What should I post?" A behind-the-scenes look at how I created a recent reel without interrupting my life or sacrificing presence Why imperfect, human, embodied content will always outperform polished performance If social media feels exhausting right now, this isn't about working harder or finding a better strategy. It's about getting back into your body. Back into your standards. Back into your lane. From there, sharing becomes natural. Conscious Women in Business — April 17 | St. Louis An in-person leadership room for women building meaningful work who are ready to deepen how they lead and how they show up. This is not a networking night. It's not a seminar. It's a curated leadership experience. You can find details and secure your seat here: https://www.kerikugler.com/consciouswomeninbusiness Private Partnership I'll have one Private Partnership space opening in April. This is for the woman who is already building something meaningful and knows her next level isn't about doing more. It's about leading differently. Thinking differently. Holding herself differently. This is high-touch, identity-driven leadership work. We look at your business, yes. But we also look at the woman running it. If you feel the pull toward that kind of support, you can find the details here: https://www.kerikugler.com/privatepartnership
In this episode, I'm breaking down the old constructs around visibility — the obsession with numbers, performance, perfect branding, and being everywhere all the time — and offering a different lens. Before we look at strategy, platforms, or content plans, we have to look at the woman behind the business. If 100,000 people were watching you tomorrow, how would that actually feel in your body? What are you making visible right now: Performance, pressure, validation… or identity? This episode is about nervous system capacity, integrity, intention, and the difference between manufacturing visibility and embodying it. Because visibility without identity creates noise. Visibility rooted in identity creates power. And this is exactly the work we're taking into the room at Conscious Women in Business, my in-person leadership experience happening this April. If you're ready to stop performing and start leading from a deeper place, you can learn more and secure your seat here: Reserve your seat here.
In this episode, I bridge astrology, embodiment, and conscious leadership to explore what this moment really represents. For years, many of us have been refining the vision. Healing. Clarifying. Processing. Asking who we are becoming. This shift signals something different. We are moving from spiritual processing to spiritual initiation. From knowing what we want to standing for it. From contemplating who we are to leading from it. I share what Saturn represents, what Neptune represents, why their conjunction at the beginning of Aries matters, and how to practically work WITH this energy instead of push against it. We talk a lot about taking action in business, but we don't talk enough about where that action is coming from. In this episode, I'm sharing a moment from this week where I almost didn't make a decision I already knew was aligned. Not because I lacked clarity, but because a familiar pattern of fear and "being responsible" crept in. I'm breaking down the difference between action that's driven by anxiety, proving, or false humility and action that comes from grounded self-trust and leadership. Same behavior on the outside, very different energy underneath. If you're someone who is capable, thoughtful, and already doing the work but still finds yourself hesitating at key moments, this conversation will land. This episode is about learning how to lead yourself first so your action actually creates results. Work With Me If this episode resonated and you're in a transition season where you know you're ready for a different level of leadership, my Private Partnership offers intimate, high-level support for women refining their decisions, identity, and direction. A few weeks ago I shared why I'm taking my business off Instagram. That episode opened up a lot of relief, resonance, and honestly… a big question: Okay… if social media doesn't work the way it used to, then what do we do now? In this episode, I'm talking about what business growth actually looks like in 2026 when: • the algorithm keeps changing • engagement and followers don't mean what they used to • and social media can't be the only place your business lives We'll talk about: – why putting all your eggs in one platform is no longer sustainable – how creativity (not perfection or hacks) becomes the real driver of growth – what it means to let social media be a channel, not the channel – how intimacy, relationships, and service matter more than metrics – and how to simplify without shrinking This episode is for the woman who feels ready for something more honest, more creative, and more aligned than chasing an algorithm. Not louder. Not more posts. More self-expression. More intention. More real connection. My Private Partnership spaces are open for the woman who is already leading meaningful work, but wants high-level, personalized support as she refines her strategy, her identity, and the way she shows up. Not hustle. Not pressure. But more clarity, creativity, and aligned expansion. In this episode, I share a pattern I have lived inside for years without fully seeing it. Not because I was unaware but because it was woven into my identity. That pattern? Hypervigilance. Always scanning, bracing, managing. Always "on". I didn't associate what I was experiencing with that word until I heard it named. And when I did, something unlocked. It reframed years of trying to fix myself through more training, more information, and more effort. In this conversation, I explore how hypervigilance shapes the way we lead, the way we build, and the way we create. How it keeps us in reactivity. How it severs our connection to intuition, creativity, vitality, and spiritual guidance. And how it becomes normalized as "just the way things are" when in reality, it is a survival pattern asking to be healed. If your life or business feels driven by constant doing, constant checking, and constant control, this episode is an invitation to pause and look more honestly at what is underneath that pace. Because the future you are trying to build cannot be created from the same state that once kept you safe. I also share an opening for a private partnership beginning late winter into spring for the woman who knows she is here to make an imprint and is ready to lead and build in a new way. The weeks after the New Year live in a strange space. We're still closing chapters from the year that just ended, but we're not fully anchored into the vision that's beginning to form. And yet, we're often expected to feel clear, focused, centered, and ready to go the moment the calendar turns. In this episode, I'm talking about the in-between. The gap where you're no longer who you were, but not yet fully rooted in who you're becoming. This is often the space that comes right before an up-level. And it's also the space where things can feel wobbly, confusing, and a little… leaky. When we're here, our foundations matter more than ever. Our routines. Our habits. The decisions we're making. How we're leading ourselves day-to-day. This is a call back to center. Back to your roots. And also a recognition that the roots you need now aren't the same ones that got you here. I share a simple but powerful re-anchoring perspective (including a very real mom-after-winter-break metaphor) and why leadership hygiene is non-negotiable if you want to build something that lasts. And if you want to go deeper, I'm sharing the personal practice I used during this season inside my free Substack this week, which I'll link below, along with ways to work with me. 🤳🏼 Join my free Substack here 💻 Visit my website and partnership opportunites here.
In this episode, I'm sharing a personal and professional update that's been a long time coming. I've built my business on Instagram for the last eight years. It's been central to my growth, my visibility, and my work in the world. And for a long time now, it hasn't felt right. In this conversation, I speak candidly about what it's been like to realize that something can still "work" and yet feel performative, forced, and empty. I share the moment that made it impossible for me to ignore the truth any longer, when trying to create a simple face-to-camera reel felt so off in my body that I couldn't make it land no matter what I did. This episode isn't about algorithms, strategy, or what you should do instead. It's about outgrowing a container, releasing an identity I no longer resonate with, and choosing to lead and create from a place that actually feels aligned with who I am now. I also talk about: Why I'm stepping out of my "Instagram coach" era The difference between sharing wisdom and performing for attention Why I no longer desire to be on platforms that feel noisy and depleting What it means to stop fitting yourself into a box you've already outgrown If you've been feeling the same quiet resistance, this episode is an invitation to trust it. The final weeks of 2025 asked more of me than I expected. They asked me to slow down. To release control. To stop forcing clarity before it was ready to arrive. In this episode, I share the deeper lessons and tests I moved through as the year closed, especially around trusting my timeline, honoring what's complete, and allowing space for what wants to be built next. I also speak into what I see so clearly for 2026. This is the stretch year. Not the kind driven by pressure, comparison, or proving. But the kind that comes from knowing, in your body and your bones, that you're ready to move differently than you ever have before. Bigger rooms. Bigger conversations. Bigger clients, opportunities, and leadership. We talk about why the structure of your beliefs matters more than anything else as you step into this next chapter, and how to expand those beliefs from soul-truth instead of willpower. If you can feel that something is shifting for you, if you know the work you've done over the past months and years has been preparing you for this moment, this episode is an invitation to trust that you're exactly where you need to be. If you're feeling called to go deeper this year, you can explore my current offerings and private coaching opportunities on my website. https://www.kerikugler.com I've also created a private podcast series called Conscious Business Edge for women ready to expand their leadership, strategy, and belief structures in a grounded, intentional way. https://www.kerikugler.com/consciousbusinessedge
In this episode, I'm sharing something that's been very alive for me over the past few months. It's been a season of stretch, challenge, and pressure. The kind that asks you to slow down instead of push harder. The kind that exposes how busy the mind can be, how reactive we can become without realizing it, and how easily we lose touch with stillness in the middle of full lives and growing responsibilities. I talk about why stillness isn't passive, soft, or unproductive but a real leadership skill. One that allows clarity, intuition, and grounded decision-making to come online, especially when you're building something meaningful. I also share personally about the last four-ish months of my life. Navigating family transitions, grief, responsibility, and the internal recalibration that happens when the external world keeps asking more of you. This episode is honest, embodied, and real. At a certain level, the work isn't about doing more or fixing yourself. It's about noticing what you've outgrown, learning how to pause instead of react, and recognizing that the very season you're in may be the one that's building what you've been praying for. If you're craving more clarity, more truth, and a deeper way of leading in your life or your business, drop in. There's a seismic shift happening in the online space right now and the women who thrive in 2026 won't be the ones consuming more strategy, signing up for more certifications, or gathering more tools. They'll be the ones who finally integrate the truth they already carry. In this episode I'm sharing the energetic evolution I see unfolding for women in business, why identity and energetic mastery are becoming the true differentiators, and why the deeper work now isn't about fixing yourself. It's about embodying who you already are. We'll talk about nervous system leadership, energetic precision inside business, and what it actually looks like to lead from truth rather than effort. This episode explores the opportunities that arrive in our lives not to become long-term paths, but to activate something essential within us. At the start of the year, I asked for expansion. I asked for growth. I asked for opportunities that would stretch me beyond what I already knew how to do — and the Universe delivered. Not in the ways I expected. Not in the forms I planned for. But in the exact ways my soul needed. In this conversation, I'm breaking down the two kinds of "temporary opportunities" that shape us: • The ones that reflect your brilliance back to you • The ones that reveal what you've outgrown And why both are required initiations on the path to your bigger yes. You'll learn: – What happens when you stay open to unexpected paths – How to decode the purpose of short-term opportunities – Why capability can keep you in what's complete – How to recognize what's giving you energy vs. quietly taking it – What these experiences reveal about your next level of leadership If you're in a season of uncertainty, identity refinement, or letting go… this episode will bring clarity and remind you that nothing is random. Everything is preparing you for what's next. ✨ Want to go deeper? • Conscious Business Edge Get the weekly leadership framework that brings consciousness, clarity, and energetic strategy into how you lead and build your business. There's a difference between doing something because you can and doing it because it's aligned. In this episode, I'm sharing the evolution that's been unfolding for me behind the scenes — a season where everything I do has become intentional. Not perfect. Not curated. Not strategic for the sake of performance. But intentional. We're talking about: Why intentionality is emotional discipline, not aesthetic presence Choosing alignment over capability Refining leadership by closing what no longer matches who you're becoming How intention quietly shapes strategy, identity, communication, and growth Why perfection isn't the goal — devotion is Intentionality is the only thing we can truly control. And when it becomes the place we lead from, our business stops being a reaction and starts becoming a creation. If you're navigating a season of refinement, release, or deeper clarity — this one will land. 🎧 Explore the deeper leadership work inside The Conscious Business Edge A private 3-part podcast series for seasoned women ready to lead from depth, alignment, and conscious expansion. 👉 Binge the series here Connect with me on Instagram: @keri_kugler_
In today's episode, I'm sharing something deeper than routine, mindset work, or the perfect morning ritual. We're talking about spiritual integrity — not as something you do, but as a way you live. After returning from an incredibly activating weekend in Chicago and sitting in a full-day immersion with my teacher yesterday, I found myself cracked open, expanded… and completely exhausted in the best way. It reminded me that the real practice isn't what happens on the meditation pillow — it's what happens in the moments after. Inside this episode, we explore: Why so many leaders separate spiritual life and business life The hidden cost of spiritual disconnection, even when strategy is strong The difference between ritual and true spiritual leadership What spiritual integrity looks like in real-world everyday moments How intentionality becomes your ultimate form of embodiment The 5 pillars that support spiritual leadership in business How to begin integrating this work without perfection, pressure, or performance If you've ever felt like you're doing "all the right practices" but something still feels misaligned, leaky, or energetically inconsistent — this episode is your reminder that your life is the ceremony, and your business is the expression. There are seasons for building and seasons for recalibrating. In this episode, I'm sharing what the space between has looked like for me--the quiet stretch where clarity deepened, creation slowed, and everything I thought I knew about growth began to shift. This conversation explores how stillness itself can become the strategy, why conscious recalibration is essential for sustained growth, and how this work gave life to my new three-part private podcast series, The Conscious Business Edge. 🎧 Listen to The Conscious Business Edge now: 👉 https://www.kerikugler.com/consciousbusinessedge
