Micromanaging extreme or justified monitoring? The Covid pandemic in 2020 pushed everyone that could work from home to do so. Production was up and office expenditures for employees was down. Save on gas, clothes, and maybe even save on the scale since there’s no potlucks to indulge. But over the past couple years, it seems companies are either bringing employees back to the office…or finding a means to watch employees from a far. What tactics are justified in ensuring production and quality are met, and which are simply big brother gone too far?! 👀

What is today, is not what was 25 years ago, and most definitely is not how it started. While I don’t necessarily want a hard reset on cheerleading, I would like to take it back some years. Back to when cheers were less angry and “shake it” was cutesy and required way less hip mobility to execute the moves. 📣

I’m sure many moms hold this thought mentally, but few dare to say it out loud; I love my kids…but some days I don’t like my kids. Loving your kids makes you feel bipolar! They’re the cutest, sweetest little monsters you’ll ever know. And once you’re a parent, you’re a parent f-o-r-e-v-e-r! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!…in my best Thriller chiller laugh, lol. So be prepared! 💀
