you are wrong there should not be a c tier jungler level c tier should be the top level! people should have the ability to pick from a wide range of champions without getting yelled at for not picking a better jungler the goal here is for low tiers to pick what they think is fun, and high tier competetive to not say there is 3 s tier champions, dont pick anything else there shouldnt be a top tier TOP TIERS ARE NEVER FUN TO PLAY top tiers are things people only play to rofl stomp... like graves, or shivanna, or jarvan, or caitlin, litterally the goal here is balance and fun not "there has to be a standard" why should i want to only play adc's they are one sided and not fun to play unless your going to slaughter everyone and champions that lill everyone with out much skill should not be in the game
sure maybe its way too much too fast... but riot has been trying really hard to balance everything... eventually that will lead to people trying things in different lanes and trying to break the norm... except the game will get better and be easyer to have fun with... it just needs reworking to get to riots vision...
