THE REDEMPTION RACE some are coining it. Redemption from the worst mechanical saga in Ironman history. Redemption from an Ironman turned brick session in may last year. Nothing wrong with a Saturday filled with wining & dining. But doing it the day before a long run isnt the wisest option. Nonetheless yesterday we both stuck into a key marathon pace session in the lead up to the Gold Coast marathon. We go over how our preps are shaping up & what the hot goss is in Sippers Land

The boys are back in town so we took the studio to Power House Canberra (located at the Lyneham hockey centre) to record this poddy. The only man on planet with negative body fat % also jumped behind the mic to give us an insight into his Port Mac preperations. We all share the same excitement for what will be an absolute takeover of Port Mac in 3 weeks.
