The rules are simple: each angler can choose only four plugs, and specific lures must be identified where applicable by brand, size, and weight. While many anglers don a wetsuit in pursuit of striped bass, very few take it to the next level by strapping on fins and swimming—sometimes several hundred yards—out into the surf at night to fish isolated reefs and rockpiles. But that's exactly what Calvin does!
