I have heard so many people tell me that they think they've been doing it for too long so they can't change, or that they're too old to change, and if you've ever said that about yourself, then you must listen to Robyn's story. Brilliant podcast. Love that they're short - but they are so packed with information. Kirstin's positivity is infectious, she's knowledgeable and explains the science parts really clearly. Most of all I love that she's been where I am now so understands the mindset. The free materials on her website are excellent too. Thank you so much Kirstin. It's early days but I'm doing well and I'm positive for the future.
