Description

She is your intuition, your inner child, the part of you that learned to stay small to survive. This work is for every gender. We were all taught to self abandon. I speak from a female reference because that’s been my experience but this work is universal.

This podcast is about finding yourself. Learning, guiding, and trusting in you. Get off of autopilot and live.

Hosted by a licensed therapist, we look at life from a wider lens, why we do the things we do and how to live a life with intention. You do have control, you can change the trajectory of everything.

We talk about self-abandonment, anxiety, burnout, attachment wounds, addiction, and nervous system regulation. This space is for clarity, reflection, and learning how to stay with yourself when it matters most.

You are all you ever needed.

Thanks for being here.

This podcast is for educational and reflective purposes only and is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.

No one understands me. I don’t feel included. Nobody feels the way that I do.These quiet beliefs don’t just live in our thoughts — they shape our reality, our relationships, and the way we move through the world. When a part of us has learned that it’s an outcast, we begin to expect rejection, read distance where there is none, and build our identity around staying safe instead of being seen.In this episode, Hannah explores the Outcast — the exiled part of us that never felt included — and how to change the cycle. She walks you through how our perceptions are formed, how they become self-fulfilling, and how to gently show this part that she is loved, valued, and welcome. Not by forcing confidence or positive thinking, but by building trust, safety, and self-connection from the inside out. This is an invitation to stop proving your worth and start including all of you.

In this episode, Hannah breaks down how to recognize when you’re being activated and how to choose to be with yourself and heal instead of self abandoning. This practice overtime will lead to a healed nervous system and a happy you! Therapy has a reputation — and honestly, some of it is earned. Maybe it didn’t work for someone you know. Maybe you tried it once and left feeling judged, misunderstood, or like you paid someone to nod at you for 50 minutes. In this episode, we break down what therapy actually is and isn’t, why it fails so many people, and what makes it helpful versus frustrating or harmful. We talk about who therapy tends to help, when it’s the wrong tool, how to avoid repeating a bad therapy experience, and how the therapeutic relationship — not advice or being told what to do — is what actually matters. I also share my own experience as a client and the values that guide my work as a therapist, including unconditional positive regard and helping you clarify your values rather than imposing mine.
