I've always said that the momentum you create in January sets up the rest of the year. For me it's like a spring board for your business. If you start off strong, create new habits, launch new marketing campaigns, communicate with your clients, it will carry you through the rest of the year. One of the best ways to close a deal is to be a great listener. Spending time with a new client isn't about just selling them a property.
