This episode is an interview from the Enneagram Summit for Businesses and Teams by Michelle Joy. She is a certified Enneagram teacher and trainer and the host of this summit. They talk about the blind type and how it can affect our relationships. Maybe we are suppressing parts of ourselves because that it's deemed not safe for whatever reason. So if we lack type eight, we lack this standing in our power and our own power and our own vitality and setting healthy boundaries. We don't know how to do that. It's difficult. And when people do it, it's kind of an overdose of something that intimidates us. Flemming Christensen have done around 400 interviews in order to discover peoples' own blind type and how it's impacting their primary type.
