Only you know exactly the sound of your health. Is it irregular, abnormal, or dysfunctional? Pay attention and it will reveal itself.
Listening to the noises in you health, will determine your state of wellbeing.
There must be a sense of readiness to move forward. We must be willing to break the cycle of the familiar to make the new shift.
It is important to get in control of how you desire to feel and live. It is possible to fully recover from discomforts of the human body, if we focus and become accountable to ourselves for how we live.
