This look at Philippians 1:27-30 explores the responsibilities we have as followers of Christ. Paul was a citizen of the empire of Rome, but he placed higher emphasis on his citizenship in Heaven. In this episode I look at how we should view ourselves as citizens of Heaven while we are here on earth.
I'm looking at the first 26 verses of chapter 1 in my study of Philippians. Paul loved the church in Philippi and his desire was that they would continue to grow in Christ so they could understand what really matters in this life. This episode is an introduction for a study on the New Testament book of Philippians, which is one of Paul's many contributions to our Bible.
