We managed to tame our enthusiasm to discuss the Agents Boardroom launch party for a few minutes to debate all things direct mail. In 2021 Holly's life was turned upside down in both positive and negative ways. She was a new mum with a young baby but had recently been 'let go' from her employer in the aftermath of COVID and felt financially unstable. In Holly's own words, she doubted herself and lacked confidence when she first set her business up. However, she managed to use that doubt as a force for positive change and through herself into start and building her dream - to own a successful estate agency business. Holly's hard work over the years has seen her grow from a nervous start up doing one listing per month to a real force in her local market. She's profitably scaled her brand to revenues she could only once have imagined, created jobs, collaborated with partner agents and built one of the most epic offices we've ever seen. Not just that though, she's achieved it all whilst being authentic and true to herself at every step. In todays podcast we celebrate that success and unpack how we got here.
Samantha started her Estate Agency business in 2020. Prior to this point Sam had never owned her own agency, or contemplated running her own business. The decision to join eXp was part ambition but part circumstance - a perfect storm that came together to set Sam on a path that has changed her life since. Over the last five years Samantha has set insane operational standards, dominated social media, helped countless clients move, flew around the world, walked on stages and helped other agents do the same. Just as impressively, she's done it all in the humble and unassuming way that only she can. Adam has been a partner agent of eXp since 2021. In October 2025, Rightmove conducted a survey on just under 1,000 property owners to establish where they saw value. We felt this was a potent share, because understanding where the customer sees value should determine exactly how we estate agents portray and communicate our value.
