Description
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are becoming. Hosted by Ranela, therapist, coach, and actor, we get honest about the patterns you keep repeating, the anxious thoughts that spiral, the relationships that no longer serve you, and the identity shifts that shake your sense of self. The universe mirrors back the long-held assumptions about yourself and deepest convictions about life. Here, we Edit down to the root of those beliefs so you can finally regulate your nervous system and watch your external world transform beautifully. I am so happy the universe connected us. In this New Year, we are focusing on what it really takes to CHOOSE YOURSELF, every single time. In relationships, in career, major life choices and especially in our own mental health. The first step is to take a very honest look at your psychological landscape and audit the beliefs and stories you've patterned your nervous system to believe. Rewiring negative self-image is where we begin, because our relationship with the Self controls every other decision we make. *Limited 1:1 Coaching spots are now open and available ! If you’re going through your identity crisis currently and need a quick pep talk and encouragement, skip to the last 10min :) Then come back and listen to my full story of how my adult identity crisis developed from a pre-existing low self-worth identity in childhood, and all the ways I tried to escape it (that didn’t end up working, thank Oz). You’re not alone, and there’s always hope - and time is an illusion. Welcome to Episode #1!!! You're my favorite people already 🥹 In this episode we dive into a little bit of my story and why I believe having a lot of "edits" in life are important and *necessary*. Pretending to have it all together the first time around is antithetical to being human :) Being human is about accepting our limited capacity, choosing to get back up, learn and grow with courage. That's where the real magic begins. Please subscribe, rate and review this pod -- and share it to your social media to spread the good vibes 🤙🏽Follow me on IG: https://www.instagram.com/lifewithranela/Stay tuned for coaching, courses, and more ways to work together!About Ranela: Ranela Kaligithi is a therapist, coach, actor, and life enthusiast.
