ABOUT RE-MIND COMMUNITY PODCAST

For over 15 years, 24Pictures founders Saf Saleem & Kash Iqbal have worked on the ground with mosques, teachers, community leaders, and Islamic organisations across the UK. Not from the outside looking in, but inside the rooms and forums where the real conversations happen.

We’ve seen first-hand the quiet pressures placed on communities:

The strain on teachers, the widening gap between generations, fragile community cohesion, and a growing identity crisis many Muslims are navigating in silence.

This podcast exists to talk about what usually gets ignored.

Each episode is an unscripted conversation exploring the realities behind community work — the wins, the frustrations, the blind spots, and the uncomfortable truths. We speak to people who are actively shaping communities, and those affected by the systems (or lack of systems) meant to support them.

Our aim is simple:

To highlight the challenges honestly, surface better thinking, and show what actually works when communities are supported properly — culturally, spiritually, and operationally.

This podcast also underpins Community Connect — the platform we’ve built to help community organisations modernise their communication, engagement, and infrastructure without losing their values or identity.

We’re Kash and Saf, and this is a space for the conversations our communities actually need.

Imran shares his personal journey, the challenges he’s navigated, and the lessons he’s learned through lived experience, including his time studying with Habib Um...
