Each moment offers a choice. A choice of thoughts, attention or action. The choice either reflects our Soul`s intend or it does not. When the choice is in alignment, we feel joyful, passionate and open. When the choice is in resistance towards the natural Self we feel depressed, bored and closed. Indulge fully in your addictions. Addictions are screams from your Soul, pointing towards a hidden longing of your true Self. We can do breathwork, read books, go to meditations and workshops... but real healing occurs when we make the choice that our Ego is desperetaley scared of, but our Higher Self is calling us to.
