If you combined the population of Australia and New Zealand, you still wouldn’t reach the number of followers Kayla Itsines has across her platforms (43 million on just her personal accounts) so when I wanted to do an episode on building a community I knew I had to speak with her! Kayla grew her following originally with the Bikini Body Guide before creating her app SWEAT!
