how do you convince select random dog owners to welcome dog walkers/animal care providers/trainers whom can assist to re-condition their dog(s)' ill-behaviors but might or will eventually identify the owner's inability to correctly care for &/or live with dogs in a healthy manner. Some walkers want to prevent physical scaring &/or mental traumas which have life-long ramifications as a result of the owners pre-occupation with life or their blind avoidance to condition the dogs properly? ..offering HELP someone whom blatantly avoids & redirects the necessary HELP, requires constant reiteration so that their obligations & responsibilities to provide comfortable & healthy living situations for said dogs, is not averted!? ..this avoidance leads to sub-par conditions, while case-sensitive results end with turbulent circumstances which should end happily, had they welcomed said dog walker/animal care provider/trainer ?! ..with that being said, the owner only need welcome the needed dog walke
