Maine Mendoza rose to fame back in 2015 through a very popular app, called ‘DubSmash’ and this made her a hit, especially amongst GenZs. But behind the glitz and glamour, there’s a girl who also has her own flaws and is trying her best to navigate through a very complicated world. Tune in as I give my honest review of her book entitled, ‘Yup, I Am That Girl’ released back in 2017.
March is 'International Womens Month' so to kickstart this season, I thought of featuring stories about women and their many contributions to our society. Sa It Ends with Us ni Colleen Hoover, makikilala natin si Lily—isang babaeng kailangang harapin ang isang mahirap na tanong: Hanggang saan ang pag-ibig, at kailan mo kailangang piliin ang sarili mo?Hindi ito simpleng love story. Isa itong paalala na minsan, ang tunay na lakas ng isang babae… ay ang tapusin ang cycle na matagal nang dapat tinapos.
