The plaintiffs lawyer presented internal emails and studies showing the companies knew kids facing trauma were vulnerable to addiction. A twenty-year-old woman, KGM, started using YouTube at age six and Instagram at age nine, posting hundreds of videos before finishing elementary school. Families, parents, and school districts are speaking out, with hundreds more cases lined up. The suits argue these platforms used slot machine tricks to hook young users for ad profits, worsening mental health issues. Tech leaders, including Metas CEO Mark Zuckerberg, are expected to testify. Other trials are underway, and countries are acting too, with France set to ban social media for under-fifteens by September and Britain considering limits for young teens. These battles could force real safeguards and redefine how platforms treat the youngest users.

Japans Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, the Lady of Steel, secures a historic win, securing a two-thirds majority in the general election. Her victory, the largest ever for the Liberal Democratic Party, is expected to pave the way for constitutional amendments, particularly Article nine, which bans war and limits military action. Takaichis mentor, Shinzo Abe, initiated changes in 2014, but her predecessors moves faced criticism. With her new mandate, Takaichi is poised to make bold moves, potentially reshaping Japans defenses and economy. Meanwhile, a new party, Sanseito, gained traction with a Japanese First message, advocating for stricter policies on foreign workers and investments.

Is this a joke? There's a lot of evidence of tickets bought in bulk ahead of screenings, showing seats as sold, but when people got to the theaters, they were completely empty. Happened all over the world, in fact. Someone wanted it to look like this movie did well, but it was one of the poorest opening weekends for any documentary ever.

Any president boasting about having to take a cognitive test three times in the same year probably shouldn't be bragging.

Wow, what a GREAT PedOTUS! Just Q3 had minimal growth at 4.3% (highest in, um, just 2yrs) despite *annual* overall loss. Corp bankruptcies surged in 2025, mirroring Great Recession levels. Companies grapple w/inflation, high interest rates, steep tariffs. Industrial & consumer-facing bizs bear the brunt, w/manufacturing losing over 70,000 jobs. PosiGen, Nikola, Spirit Airlines, Claires among casualties. Despite overall economic growth, struggling sectors face culling. Trump voters are morons.

A Muslim saving the Jews - if only Israeli Zionists were capable of showing the same heroism and respect. If Netanyahu wasn't such a despicable anus, perhaps there'd be less antisemitism in the world.

Charlie was a xenophobic, homophobic, racist, misogynistic, antisemitic bigot. He platformed clips of himself talking down to those trying to partake in good faith debate. He made fun of his "debate" opponents, spoke derogatorily about the impoverished, the educated, & LGBTQ+ folx. His views on women were laughably antiquated. He was in his 30s, "debating" college kids to make himself look smarter than he was. He spewed fallacies not facts. Now his pronouns are "he/was." Good riddance.

Van Holland is 100% right to be critical of Israel's conduct in Gaza; his lack of support for sending financial aid & weapons to Israel is justified, regardless of what ZOA & Halber proclaim. Organizations like this like to think they speak for all Jews, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Many Jews support the nation state of Israel but are disgusted by war criminal Netanyahu & his murderous regime. Orgs don't speak for an entire ethnicity of people who have very diverse viewpoints.

You're giving this Ai a backstory? Ridiculous. The mispronunciations of easy words and names (Bondi is BON-dee, *not* BOND-eye; Antifa is An-TEE-fuh, not ANT-ee-fah, etc.), the strange, bizarre cadence and pauses after easy words mid-sentence on EVERY episode as if pausing to read the next line of a teleprompter which is unnatural for any human reading... absolutely CRAZY that you don't realize how poorly this seemingly first-generation Ai speaks. The monotony is also a terrible trait. Get real.

Because it was 100% staged. I was in Butler at the rally. Within milliseconds of the shot, before Trump even arose off the ground, one of his staffers *ran over and lowered the flag halfway down,* and other staffers guided photogs right to where they needed to be, in order to get the fist in the air pic. It was a real rally, but Mark Burnett & other film industry insiders had a skeleton crew there who signed NDAs. Such a set up. Shocked this hasn't been uncovered yet.

Y'all need to stop calling this a "fragile truce". This is not, and never was, a ceasefire nor peace agreement. Neither Netanyahu nor Hamas signed ANYTHING. The closest this war came to being an actual ceasefire was in January under Biden; at least that lasted until March. Netanyahu is a war criminal, full stop.
