Hey everyone - a slightly different topic discussion for this weeks episode! One that I ultimately think is really relevant and important to this channel. Making the decision to either stay natural or go down the assisted path in bodybuilding is a very big decision to make & one that almost every competitor might consider at some shape or form throughout their process. As a result, I really want to talk through the ‘why’s’ & things to consider when looking at this decision. This is an extremely extensive topic that I know for a fact I could analyse in more detail but I want to cover most of the key points and keep it concise for the sake of easy listening & insight. If there is anything else you'd wish m for me discuss in more detail - either in a Q&A format or group episode please let me know. Of course this episode pulls from my own experience in the bodybuilding industry and as a natural competitor myself.
