It's a really cute game, and I really enjoyed the design of the game. The different categories to choose from were fun and also surprisingly educational. Shane and I just ADORE every season of Great British Bake Off, and yet, that love didn't really help us too much. And yet, much fun was had.
We just had too much fun to stop playing it, so here's Part 2 of SuperQuiz! I've gotta get ready to learn how to make sourdough bread with my fren, so enjoy and thanks for listening to our shenanigans, y'all!
We were not prepared for the joy this game gave us, and we bought it at a thrift store for 5.99!!! Again, you can find a bunch of games that you've never heard of at your local thrift store, and honestly, we've only been disappointed once w/ a missing piece. WORTH IT!Anyhoods, SuperQuiz was written by Ken Fisher, from Toronto, Canada and then vetted by the great Isaac Asimov in 1982. We didn't do too badly and I think that's all because Shiz is firmly ensconced in Gen X. Proud to be a part of the "eff off" Generation. Enjoy, and we had to end on a cliffhanger, because there is DEFINITELY a part 2!!!
I might've gotten a bad batch of the anxiety with this episode, but until then, Shane and I had a fun time with Part 2. I blame the current administration, because we really should be having more fun on a daily basis than whatever's happening right now. Anyhoods, we'll have a new game next week for you-- actually it's from 1982 and we're STOKED. You can really find some wild treasures at your local thrift store. Hug your cats and dogs, stay hydrated and/or elevated!

Part 2 of Shane and me acting like "gold diggers", which is quite a departure from our pretty normal, wacky lives. Neither of us even watches anything from the Real Housewives franchise, so this level of drama is kinda weird.Still though, it's fun to get out of your comfort zone and have zero morals, kind of like our current administration, but not as "long-term damaging". HAPPY 2026!!! Time for season 2 shenanigans now that we can finally celebrate making it through stupidly difficult 2025. This is a bit of departure for us, but we're in our feels about HalloweeEEEeeeEEEeeeeeEEEEn!!! It's kinda like Dungeons and Dragons, but more dungeons than dragons. I dunno-- it's only episode 1 in the series, so there might be a dragon later.I'll guess we'll find out together when we're Alone on Halloween! Surprise! Shane hung in as far as he could, but the end finally happened. And for me, it was GLORIOUS.
What can I say other than, it's pretty much all in the title.It's pretty tense, and sorry, but there will be a Part 6.
It was truly a "Bad Luck Morning" for Shane, and I found it pretty hilarious. It's okay; we're not done yet, and I hear that Karma is truly a bitch.
