This week we have a two part episode for you. In the first part we’re joined by our dear friend Amanda Frutos. Amanda is the Secretary of Rocky Mountain Big Game Recovery and the handler of her amazing Wiemaraner, Lottie. We do a deep dive on what’s involved with being part of a tracking organization including the challenges and benefits of joining a group. Amanda talks about her training and her journey into blood tracking. She shares with us the process of having her dog Lottie bred and what it’s like to seek out the best stud for her goals. She shares some very memorable tracking experiences and offers some great advice for hunters in the field. In part two Matt gives a recap of his experience at the Missouri Blood Trackers Association annual Symposium that he just attended.
