In this episode of the Making Disciples podcast, Jeremy Smith and Vick Green explore the often-forgotten starting point for a disciple-making movement: spiritual renewal. Instead of beginning with strategies or tools, they discuss why movements begin with leaders who are desperate for God and dependent on the Holy Spirit. The conversation also introduces the RENEW shifts from Movement Ready Church and how they help pastors pursue personal renewal that leads to lasting ministry impact.  Click here for the Podcast NotesWatch on YouTubeFollow @replicateministires
In this episode of the Making Disciples podcast, Jeremy Smith and Vick Green celebrate the release of Movement Ready Church and unpack the three essential elements every church needs for a disciple-making movement: Spiritual Renewal, Disciple-Making Culture, and Organizational Clarity. If you’ve ever felt burned out, programmed out, or stalled out, this conversation will help you assess where your church stands—and give you a clear, biblical framework for moving forward.Click here for the Podcast NotesWatch on YouTubeFollow @replicateministires
In this episode of the Making Disciples podcast, Vick Green and Jeremy Smith unpack 17 years of hard-earned lessons in disciple making and introduce the heart behind the new Movement-Ready Church. They explore why multiplication is counterintuitive, why culture matters more than strategy alone, and why true disciple-making movements require grit and long-term faithfulness. If you’re a church leader who longs to see more than attendance growth—if you want to see real transformation and multiplication—this episode will challenge your thinking and give you a practical pathway forward.Click here for the Podcast NotesWatch on YouTubeFollow @replicateministires
In this episode, Robby Gallaty and Vick Green share the story behind why Movement-Ready Church was written. Drawing from decades of ministry experience—and particularly Robby’s transition to Long Hollow Church—they reflect on hard lessons learned when disciple-making strategies that worked in one context failed in another. The conversation highlights a critical realization: churches cannot simply copy and paste disciple-making models and expect movement to follow.Click here for the Podcast NotesWatch on YouTubeFollow @replicateministires

We have just started a men's D-Group at our church, which I have need for a long time. we started with the Growing Up book. So far I am extremely excited as I want to grow in my faith, which I know only occurs with reciprocating what I have learned from God's grace and mercy to other people. Thank you.
