Life and ministry can feel exhausting not because the work is too hard-but because we are not working wisely. This verse reminds us that preparation and wisdom are more powerful than mere effort.Many people are busy, but not effective. God is calling us not just to work hard-but to work smart with His wisdom.

Just as the human body has five senses for its protection and care, God has provided five ministry gifts for the protection and care of the body of Christ. The five-fold ministry resulted from Christ's ascension to heaven. These gifts were released by Christ during His ascension and are therefore also known as the ascension gifts. The full expression of the ministry of Jesus requires the full 5-fold ministry to be in operation.

Ministry is not about position, recognition, or power. Ministry is about serving God and serving people. Every believer is called to participate in God's work. When we follow Christ, we also follow His example of service.Even Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came not to be served but to serve. If the King of kings became a servant, then we as His followers must also have a heart for ministry.

Rooted in the Bible refers to building one’s life and faith on the truth and teachings of Scripture. It means allowing the Word of God to be the foundation for beliefs, decisions, character, and daily living. When a believer is rooted in the Bible, they are not easily shaken by doubts, false teachings, or the pressures of the world because their faith is grounded in God’s truth.

Addressing issues that challenge the growth of new converts means guiding and supporting those who are new in faith so they can grow stronger in their relationship with God. Many new believers face struggles such as doubts, old habits, lack of biblical understanding, spiritual discouragement, or pressure from their surroundings.This ministry focuses on discipling, teaching, encouraging, and walking alongside them as they learn to live out their faith. Through prayer, biblical instruction, fellowship, and mentorship, the goal is to help new converts develop a firm foundation in Christ, overcome spiritual challenges, and mature into faithful followers who can also disciple others.
