Kurt Haggerty praised his team's composure and resilience as the Bradford Bulls keep their unbeaten home record with a 26-14 victory over the Huddersfield Giants.However, he was left frustrated with the first half, feeling his side strayed from the game plan and didn’t play to their usual style.The Bulls boss confirmed Rowan Milnes missed the game with an (Achilles injury) and that Eribe Doro (Ankle) will miss the next eight weeks. 
Kurt Haggerty says that the Bradford Bulls being back at Odsal in front of the club’s large fan base is everything him and the players talk about. The Bulls boss says that his team aims to put on a show at home and achieve three wins from three at Odsal by competing and fighting for every moment they play there.Kurt says whether you play 15 minutes or 18 minutes, his side will battle and fight for anything out on the field for the fans.

Rochdale Hornets Chairman Andy Mazey, who has invested time, effort, and a significant amount of money over six years at the club, saying his main focus is on creating a debt-free, sustainable club model.The Rochdale owner supports the need for a new Championship salary cap (to be turnover‑based) and stronger financial controls .He says the clubs all agree that the  RFL should implement robust policing and financial controls to prevent boom-and-bust; noting part-time players earning more than Super League full-time players whilst only training two nights a week.He believes the new Championship salary cap coming in next year will help build a strong second tier and a competitive Championship competition which protect club futures and create promotion-ready clubs.He also believes that the League One clubs benefit from exposure to the newly merged Championship competition, but sustained local support is necessary or clubs risk disappearing in the future.Whilst the Super League may expand to 15 in 2026 to include the London Broncos. Andy says the Championship must be a strong second tier; that cannot be exclusively focused on Super League. Believing that a strong Championship can and will produce clubs that are financially and competitively ready for promotion in the new IMG era.
St Helens head coach Paul Rowley has voiced his openness and ambition for the vacant England Rugby League head coach role.He emphasised that it is a dream job and a personal goal; comparing it to his former ambitions as a player for England.Rowley admits that he wants his St Helens side to play with more attacking ambition, encouraging flair and risk-taking within a framework of hard work and traditional St Helens strengths.Paul Rowley also speaks highly of his relationship with Kurt Haggerty. Praising his attention to detail, strong coaching philosophy, leadership, and readiness for the head coach role at the Bradford Bulls.Rowley is confident in Haggerty’s ability to succeed in his new role at Bradford, describing him as competent and being well-suited to the Odsal "hot seat.

Toulouse Olympique only won five Super League games in 2022. Catalans Dragons head coach Joel Tomkins has become the latest person to express his frustrations about lengthy and repetitive video referee reviews, sometimes watching the same clip up to seven times.He has called for a new rule where the video referees should only watch three angles/clips before making a decision, to speed up the game.This follows the second week in a row where a near four-minute video referee decision was needed. Tomkins highlighting that there is no issues in the NRL with the bunker, noting their system is quicker and less disruptive to the game's flow.The Catalans coach also recognised the Bradford Bulls as the superior team, outplaying the Dragons in all areas of the game in their 28-10 loss at Odsal Stadium.
