Hi! My name is Katie, and I’ve been right where you are: desperate to feel joy, peace, and to believe I was enough, without anxiety, fear, or the scars from my past sabotaging my present. I struggled with both my physical and mental health for quite some time.

Through years of personal growth, mentorship, therapy, and a whole lot of Jesus, I learned how to shift my mindset and care for my body in a way that created true healing, growth, and lasting peace.

If you are ready to finally feel peaceful, purposeful, and aligned with God’s Word. You’re in the right place. Together, we’ll focus on faith, mindset, and health practices that bring calm to your mind, strength to your body, and boundaries that protect your peace, all while growing closer to God.
