Run, Chat, Repeat

In true R,C,R tradition, Episode 5 is here after an unnecessarily long hiatus!   For this episode, Bastien Flaud - NBRO runner and triathlete- met up to cheer on our friends participating in Ironman Copenhagen, before getting in a jog, some food, and a chat on the mic.   Bastien jumps into his intro to sport, the lead up to his own first foray into the world of Ironman 70.3, the race itself, and what exciting things are to come next. Episode 4 is here!   Josh Winsor Viney and I caught up after a Midweek Madness Session with NBRO, on the Wednesday before Copenhagen Marathon- Josh's first official marathon event!  (Yes, I know that was last month, sorry Josh!) Josh and I go way back, so it was so fun to have him on the mic as we caught up for the first time this year.
