Sirius brooding and worrying, Remus going on a date..? And poor James...Sirius' feelings in this chapters are so complex and what I love about this fic is that we get to know so much about them. The house of Black is such a big concept with so many parts and pieces to it that are so so important to understand Sirius' character. Also his relationship with Regulus, who is his brother mind you. We don't get a whole lot of that in this fic, but them together is soo special to me (Read Crimson Rivers omg).And Remus being on a date without knowing it is so funny, he did NOT want to be there lol, James is James so he's hurt and all that, he'll get over it though.
TW: Disciptions of kissing.A muggle family gets murdered, not described but still.Merry Christmas! (ish) I love the snogging bet thing being over (though I also enjoy a grumpy Remus) Also! Not Sirius disliking his kiss lol. And then the second part of this chapter... Look, war is getting closer and we all know it...I'm not a big fan of war. In general. I'm very much a fluff lover haha. But time passing in this fic also means getting closer to all the pining that is also going to be happening and THAT's good. So yeah, I guess the good comes with the bad and such.
Sirius accrues an entourage.Sirius and his entourage of girls is so funny to me lol, Mary being sweet, James noticing Lily's tongue?! Sirius noticing Remus' hand smelling like ink :). These boys...The song from the beginning is Watch That Man by (once again) David Bowie
