In this episode, we explain the essential framework for both sports nutrition and strength training for endurance athletes. Vic breaks down the two main umbrellas of sports nutrition: day-to-day nutrition (eating enough, macronutrients, and micronutrients) and performance nutrition (hydration, sodium, carbohydrate intake, and ergogenic aids like caffeine).
