Description

As a truth-seeking voice and evolving woman, I hold sacred space at the intersection of sensuality, spirituality, and self-discovery. Through honest conversations, embodied storytelling, and ancestral wisdom, I explore what it means to come home to the body, reclaim personal power, and evolve in radical authenticity. This podcast is my compass, a sonic journal of soul work, where I guide and grow with seekers, lovers, and edge-walkers who are ready to remember their deepest truth. My mission is to ignite intimate revolutions, honor sacred sexuality, and walk boldly toward the North Star within.

Rebekah owned her own business in New Orleans for 13 years and has been attempting to empower marginalized women throughout her career. She is now back in her native state of Texas. She is a single mom to two boys. As the middle daughter of a Southern Baptist minister, she is perpetually seeking inclusive love despite the exclusive and fearful template of her Fundamentalist upbringing.

Rebekah and Soulla wander through the steps to healing, remembering our true nature, etc... Soulla is an author, trauma‑informed somatic and transformational coach and embodiment facilitator specialising in self‑compassion, emotional mastery and inner freedom. With over fifteen years’ experience, she has guided thousands of individuals, including leaders, founders and changemakers, through depth-led inner work grounded in self-compassion, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems and embodied practice, supporting deep and lasting change in how people relate to themselves and their lives. Through her writing, 1:1 work and Soulshine Retreats, she supports people to transform their inner relationship as the foundation for liberated living, leadership and meaningful change. Soulla’s work is driven by one simple question: what keeps us from living as our freest, truest selves? Over time, she has observed that insight alone rarely shifts how people live or lead, particularly under pressure. Change becomes reliable when the inner system is met with steadiness and care, when patterns are approached with compassion rather than force, and when new ways of relating feel safe enough to be embodied in everyday life.
