And what happens when parents simply can’t agree? Separation can be difficult but sharing kids is another whole level of heartbreak and challenge altogether. We like to think that everyone involved has the children’s best interests at heart but this isn’t always the case and sometimes disputes around care of the children can be more about control, further chaos and complications than what best serves them.
