I am very passionate when I give a Friday Sermon. I always have been, and I can’t help it. In fact, when many people hear it is me giving the sermon, they say: ”Oh...it is the ’Imam Al ’Asabee,” or the ”Passionate Pastor” in Arabic. So, that’s what I’ve decided to call my podcast: ”The Passionate Pastor.” This podcast will archive all the Friday Sermons I give on a regular basis. I pray you enjoy and derive benefit from them.

Just like an antibiotic is dosed so that it can fight the infection the entire day, our daily prayers keep us grounded and remind us constantly of our purpose in life.
The recent events regarding Covid and its origins brings this fact to the front of the mind: We are not God.
Despite whatever inconveniences may come with our positions, let us remember the enormous bounty of God and then be grateful to Him.
Achieving independence is a laudable goal. Does that extend to achieving independence from God Himself?
