Madeline and Charlotte are back with another episode after two championships were clinched — the Valkyries beat the Dream to win the WNBA Finals and the Brewers beat the Rays to win the World Series. The gals talk about how baseball is comforting. Golden State proved the gals right: Sports teams are employers and athletes are employees, and a good work environment can result in championships. Then, another dive into Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick’s alleged breakup and what it means for UNC. The gals did a wild livestream about this on Friday night when the news broke, but they go even deeper today now that more information has come out. Finally, the gals talk about Josh Kushner’s attempt to buy the Lakers. Is he short the money? His wife Karlie Kloss posted about Halloween, and their kid wore a Lawrence Taylor jersey, who has a criminal past. Finally, the gals read the end of the recent New Yorker profile of Josh’s dad, Charles, who is the current ambassador to France. It’s relevant, they swear.

Madeline and Charlotte are back with a very loopy, old-school Sports Gossip episode for their dear shareholders! First up: LeBron stopped posting inspirational quotes — did the gals influence this? Also, Jay-Z hired himself to perform the Super Bowl halftime show. His company is his friend!The WNBA Finals and the Atlanta Dream have done a magnificent job of botching the scheduling for a potential Championship-clinching game in Atlanta on Thursday, but at least the game will be played at a real arena…just at 12:30pm. Former Celtics teammates Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum are kind of fighting with each other, but it’s mostly Jaylen Brown egging the whole thing on. And finally, some news about one of SGS’s main characters: Tom Brady is dating his ex-wife Gisele’s Bünchen’s ex-coworker Candice Swanepoel. The two have been hanging out for a while, apparently, and it appears that Tom has a thing for Victoria’s Secret models. Is Gisele bothered by this? Listen to find out!

LeBron is about to kick off his 24th season in the NBA, when the Sixers face the Knicks, and the gals have a feeling that he may be subtly crashing out on the internet. Madeline has been taking screenshots of LeBron’s Instagram Story posts since he announced he was joining the Sixers in July. He’s been posting up to 16 quote cards a day, seemingly of AI text. After an overview of LeBron’s career and history on social media, the gals get into their theories about how he’s facing his own mortality, his family, what happens when athletes retire, and why they think LeBron is really going through it.
