Description

Too Awkward for a Twosome is Johnna and Clint: a couple who packed up, moved to Kauai, and started over. Now we talk honestly about whatever life puts in front of us.

Some episodes are about fitness and nutrition. Some are about our relationship, island life, or owning the choices that got us here. Some are about whatever's on our minds that week. Johnna lost 100 lbs. Clint rebuilt his life from the ground up. We've both learned that real change starts the day you decide it's on you.

Expect real stories, a lot of laughing, a little edge, and the occasional moment that gets a bit too honest. That's kind of the point.

New episodes every Monday and Thursday.

How Clint changed his relationship with alcohol on July 4, 2023, and why he says the fight was never with the booze. It was with the voice. Clint did not have a rock bottom moment. He decided he was done fighting, kept a fully stocked bar in view on his counter, and spent his nights proving to himself that he had control. Johnna asks the questions we think you would ask. This is Clint's experience. He says it would not necessarily work for everyone and he is not advocating it. It is not medical advice, and Johnna points out that detoxing from alcohol can be dangerous, so talk to a doctor before you change how you drink.
