In this episode, I coach one of the most powerful identity and mindset tools I teach: I AM Statements. If you've tried affirmations before and they didn't stick, this is different. I AM Statements are about claiming an identity you're still building, even when it feels like a lie to say it out loud, they are how you bridge the gap between who you are today and who you want to be.
In this coaching, pulled directly from my new Think It Method™ Intensive online course, I walk through exactly how to write statements that work, why they should make you uncomfortable at first, and the daily mirror practice that rewires what your brain accepts as true. You'll hear how a simple identity shift, one word at a time, can change your confidence, your self-talk, and the results you see in your career and your life.
If you're ready to stop reinforcing beliefs that hold you back and start building the identity you actually want, this episode gives you the exact coaching tool to do it. Mindset coaching, identity transformation, self-confidence, personal development, and mental fitness, all in one conversation.

What happens when you stop trying to fit into what everyone else is doing and really figure out who YOU are? Watch this interview on YouTube https://youtu.be/S4t5rYeaxF4My guest Darin Rios knows a lot about that. He’s the founder and CEO of Revver Agency, a personal branding expert who has worked with some of the biggest names in the world, including Johnny Depp and Usher, and helped build brands and audiences reaching millions of people. But his story didn’t start anywhere near there.Darin grew up in survival mode, largely raising himself, getting involved with gangs at a young age and trying to figure out who he was without much direction. He always had this feeling that he was meant for something more, and over time, the things he learned simply trying to survive became some of the same skills that helped him build the career and life he has today. We talk about what it means to be an “anomaly,” how to stop listening to everyone else long enough to hear your own voice, and why knowing what you REALLY want is such a huge part of building a personal brand, a career and honestly, a life that feels like yours. We also get into identity, limiting beliefs, fear, shame, self-worth and that underlying “I’m not good enough” belief that can show up in so many different areas of our lives without us even realizing it.One of my favorite parts of this conversation is our discussion about the beliefs and identities we’ve carried for years that may never have belonged to us in the first place. Who told you that’s who you are? And more importantly, who do you want to be now?Because you have agency. You get to choose. You can decide what stays, what goes and who you become next. This is such a good conversation about personal branding, identity, authenticity, transformation and having the courage to become the person you know you’re capable of being.Follow Darin on social media @darinrios https://www.instagram.com/darinrios/About the Host: Sarah Centrella is a keynote speaker, executive mindset coach, and multi–bestselling author of four books, including Think It. | Book her to speak. I have wanted to have this conversation with Jenifer Faison for YEARS. Watch this Ep on Youtube
I first found Jenifer after watching her story on Hulu’s Betrayal: The Perfect Husband, and immediately reached out to her because so much of her story hit home for me.
Jenifer had reconnected with her college sweetheart after 20 years, moved across the country, married him and thought she was living her fairy tale. Then one day she came home to find police waiting to arrest her husband for the sexual assault of a student. What followed was the discovery that he had been living an entire double life, including relationships with dozens of other women.
We have a very real conversation about what betrayal like that does to you. How it makes you question everything you thought was real, your judgment, your confidence and even yourself. We talk about the shame that can come with being the person who was betrayed, why there aren't always red flags to see, and how incredibly healing it can be to finally realize, I am not the only person who has been through this.
Jenifer is an Emmy Award-winning television producer whose career has included Judge Judy, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Instant Dream Home and Vanderpump Villa. She also created the hit Betrayal podcast and shared her own story publicly in hopes that another woman going through something similar might hear it and know she can get through it too. And I loved where this conversation went beyond her story because we also got really honest about success, career setbacks, starting over, creating when you don't know what's coming next, and the weird reality that you can accomplish huge things and still have seasons where you're thinking, what the hell am I doing?
We both know what it's like to have those earthquake moments where everything around you seems to shatter. Sometimes what grows out of that mess becomes the thing you never could have planned.
Jenifer said something toward the end of our conversation that I think sums it up perfectly: we are so much stronger than we could possibly know.
Sometimes you really do just have to get up, start again and see what happens next.

For over a decade, I've taught mindset coaching, mental fitness, and manifestation to executives, corporate teams, and thousands of coaching clients around the world using bits and pieces of my methodology across different books, programs, and speaking engagements. Today, I'm bringing all of that together for the first time.
I've officially condensed everything I know about mindset work, personal development, and manifesting into one unified system: The Think It Method™, a simple four-step framework, Dream It, Think It, See It, Do It, that replaces every course, workshop, and coaching program I've taught before. This is the complete methodology, distilled into one place, and I could not be more excited to finally share it with you.
To give you a real taste of what's inside, I'm sharing an entire coaching session from the course, completely free, homework assignment included. This episode is a full lesson from Step 1: Dream It, where I teach one of my favorite personal work assignments of all time: the Life Plan Story.
In this episode, you'll learn:
How to use visualization and manifestation techniques to write your ideal future into existence
Why the Life Plan Story is one of the most powerful vision board and law of attraction exercises I teach, and how it works even better on paper
The exact process I've personally used since 2011 to manifest life-changing trips, financial abundance, and opportunities I never could have planned for
How to recognize when fear and limiting beliefs are talking you out of an opportunity that's actually your own manifestation coming back to you
How to structure your Life Plan Story across the five core areas of life: relationships, career, passions, wealth, and mind and body
Why writing in first person and past tense is a key mental fitness technique for shifting your subconscious beliefs

In this episode of The Sarah Centrella Show, I sit down with Molly Smith, host of the WTF (What the Funk) podcast, to talk about career burnout, sobriety, emotional healing, self-worth, self-trust, and what it really takes to reinvent your life.
Molly shares her journey from a 25+ year corporate career and VP role to coaching, podcasting, and Emotion Code energy healing. We talk about tying your identity to career success, external validation, people pleasing, limiting beliefs, fear of change, and the moment you realize the life you worked so hard to build no longer feels aligned.
We also dive into Molly’s alcohol-free journey, the difference between true emotional healing and simply replacing one numbing behavior with another, and her practical framework for getting out of a funk: name the emotion, ground yourself, identify what you can control, and take one aligned action.
Molly explains Emotion Code healing, trapped emotions, muscle testing, inherited emotional patterns, generational beliefs, and how unresolved emotions may show up as fear of success, fear of visibility, low self-esteem, anxiety, creative insecurity, and feeling stuck.
This conversation is for anyone navigating burnout, career change, sobriety, identity shifts, personal growth, mindset work, emotional regulation, confidence, entrepreneurship, spiritual growth, or a major life transition and looking for practical ways to build self-trust and create a more aligned life.
