A Study In Everything

This week we dive into Luke 12 and talk about how God sees us, and how we should respond to that.  #Luke #Christian #Fear #Faith #Life

This week we are in Luke 10, when Jesus sends out the 72 ahead of him. We discuss the concept of our calling, and how we often mistake our calling for our assignments. Both are important, but one should flow out of an understanding of the other.

Can we become so busy doing good things, even things for Jesus, that we forget to spend time with Jesus? In this message from Luke 10:38–42, Pastor Tanner explores the story of Mary and Martha and the danger of allowing responsibilities, ministry, school, work, and relationships to crowd Jesus out of our lives. Martha’s service wasn’t sinful, but her distraction eventually produced anxiety, comparison, criticism, and resentment. Jesus invites us to choose what is better: to sit at His feet, listen to His voice, and allow everything we do for Him to flow from time spent with Him. Big Idea: Our work for Jesus must flow from our time with Jesus. #Christian #DevotionalLife #Ministry #Jesus #Sermon

This week we talk about community, fellowship, friendship. Whatever you want to call it, its important that we have people around us that will push us to be closer to Jesus.    #Jesus #Sermon #Podcast #Christ #Friends

What if being successful, religious, or considered a good person still isn’t the same as truly knowing Jesus? In this Welcome Night message from Luke 19:1–10, Pastor Tanner explores the story of Zacchaeus, a wealthy and influential man who only wanted to catch a glimpse of Jesus. But before Zacchaeus could reach Jesus, Jesus stopped, called him by name, and transformed his life. Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, inherited your faith from your family, or are simply curious about who He is, this message offers a powerful reminder: you may have come looking for Jesus, but Jesus came seeking you. #ChristianSermon #JesusSaves #CollegeMinistry #Luke19 #ChiAlpha
