The Southeast Missouri (SEMO) Food Bank's Produce Prescription Program partners with healthcare providers like Mercy to provide free, seasonal fruits and vegetables to food-insecure patients with chronic health conditions. Patients are referred by their Mercy provider and can pick up produce twice a month, along with nutrition education, recipes, and cooking opportunities. Scout Hall is wrapping the first season of Underground Jazz Series with Joel Vanderheyden this Friday night. Joel is a member of the Jazz St. Louis Big Band, the live-looping trio Vehachi, and the Missouri Saxophone Quartet.
He has performed on stages in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Scotland, Croatia, and across the United States, spanning large festivals, intimate jazz clubs, rock venues, live radio performances, and some of the world’s finest concert halls.

Experience an evening of jazz, funk, soul, and R&B as award-winning vocalist Michaele Postell graces Scout Hall on April 11.
Known for her interpretations of jazz legends, Postell will pay homage to icons Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, and Sarah Vaughan in her Underground Jazz performance.
