Our generation is becoming more and more impatient, in both our personal and professional lives. Founders of young startups must stay lean and focused. Hiring is now exception and finding the right person for the job in the early days can be very tricky. Some tips that I tell founders when they look for their first hires

Remember to do what YOU love and don’t forget why you love it. It’s ok to fear failure but you can’t please them all. Perseverance, focus and committing to what you love leads to great things.

There is no clear road to become a venture capitalist, but to get there it's important to understand and learn what it is - what the day to day looks like and what is needed in this field to grow and succeed.
