It’s really interesting listening to cis white people sit around and talk about how we need to “deal with it” about terrible, terrible people. Shall we do that with Nazi scientists as well? Your privilege is showing BIG TIME. No need to say anyone is “complicated”. It’s okay to say someone is a TERRIBLE human being who happened to be given capital and work with a good team to come up with a good idea. Good ideas or not, Musk (nazis) are still terrible humans. No need to be wishy washy.

5 star. I've been listening to SGU for the past 4 or so years and still look forward to each new episode. The rouges have helped me to think critically, question the popular and get excited about science.
As a scientist I'm horrified to hear you discuss telepathy like this. You need to do more than read the transcript of one podcast episode. I actually can't believe I have to say that. Please educate yourself using critical thinking before telling us your opinion. You say outliers/anomalies need to be leaned into, yet when the outlying/anomalous population finally get a platform to show their single blind studies where p<.05 and p<.001 you use outdated ableist standards to publicly dismiss them.
