I just discovered this podcast, very interesting topics. I am a Neonatologist & just had to listen to this episode. The first 1/2 was awesome, the second, not so much. The use of a stethoscope is central when caring for newborns. On a daily basis, I identify & treat based on the findings from auscultation. I agree that current technologies allow us to narrow the diagnostic cone further than ever before, but what I teach, is to use the technology to confirm your assessment, rather than to make it. And the wrapping around the neck? To avoid snags, etc., though some do it for fashion, you should not be able to identify a Dr. at Starbucks because you spotted the stethoscope. : )

interesting how the nut behind the wheel episode went from discussing car safety to a gun control rant. I have no issues with gun control but that's not what I thought I was getting into

Got introduced to a great concept of space design and most importantly the awareness about the "dining tables" in our daily lives.

It's an interesting 🤔 piece of information. I didn't understand a lot though but still got the point why you have chosen, this in your podcast.

Thank you very much, Roman, for the information about the background noise's purpose. Got to know about this from Vox channel. I live in Pune, India my favourite background noise is driving vehicle noise😂

I absolutely love this podcast. I mention as my first and consistently favourite podcast for two years now, since I've begun listening to it. I wasn't able to get into podcasts until I listened to the Stonewall episode and began to understand what podcasting was all about. thank you Roman update: just finished all of the episodes. would do it again

This is my favorite podcast. Great stories told in a very thoughtful way, finding meaningful learning on things we give for granted.
