Each episode will have me reading a post and then my comments about what has happened since I wrote it. I will also interview guests who have some connection with chronic illness, patients, carers or medical professionals. And this is true. But sometimes you need to accept you have a chronic illness that causes fatigue and pain.Last week, I pushed myself too hard and ended up in bed for most of the day. I've learned that it's important to pace myself, but sometimes I still make the mistake of doing too much. This week, I'm trying to take it easy and recover from last week's mistakes. I'm also trying to stay positive and use my experience to help others.In this episode, you will learn the following:1. The importance of pacing yourself when you have a chronic illness.2. On Thursday he had to drive to Galway and it was a whole day trip. On Friday he had two meetings. On Saturday he had no more energy. On Sunday, he took several naps and went to bed early.
