A Better Paradise
Description
Set in the near future, A BETTER PARADISE tells the story of the ill-fated development of an ambitious but addictive digital game-world project led by inventor and psychologist, Dr. Mark Tyburn.
As the advanced software they developed began delivering unexpected and disturbing results, the team fell apart under strange circumstances and the project was abandoned. The game world and the super-intelligence within were discarded, left dormant and undiscovered. Until now.
A BETTER PARADISE is an expansive new universe created by Absurd Ventures, the new company founded by storytellers behind Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto.
Experience this terrifying new world via the 12-episode original audio fiction series, A BETTER PARADISE Volume One: An Aftermath starring Andrew Lincoln, Shamier Anderson, Paterson Joseph, Rain Spencer and more.
Produced by Absurd Ventures in partnership with QCODE Media.

it took 12 episodes for the show to get decent
Well I didn’t make it through one episode… maybe you can. I feel like I was listening to an episode of Alex jones
this is bad

https://thampibook.com/winbuzz/ winbuzz Online games have evolved from humble beginnings to become a global phenomenon that influences entertainment, culture, and economics. They provide diverse experiences that foster social interaction, cognitive development, and creativity while presenting challenges related to addiction, inclusivity, and health.
Does this get better??? The story could be interesting but it’s 90% rambling of an insane person saying the same thing over and over again in diff ways and then a liiiittke storyline sprinkled in there
Mostly people critiquing humanity, philosophizing about humanity and describing what they did to get away from an ominous AI. Couldn't finish it.
wtf is this
terrible it's just like rambling mad man hard to follow or keep up worst show yet
Not what I was hoping it'd be
Heard about this show from an ad in Midnight Burger. Dropped it after listening to episode 1 and 3/4 of episode 2. It feels like ChatGPT's first audio drama: there's a thread or two connecting the overall whole, but the narrative inbetween is disjointed and rambling. Perhaps this narrative style is meant to convey Kurt's mental condition, but it just feels like word soup most of the time.
absurd indeed
This is bad. It's misty just one person monologuing aimlessly. Really no story.. Just a lot of rambling.
