What is your inner self talk like? Not only does your environment have a direct impact on you, but your inner talk does too. Telling yourself a story can either create a fearful state or a great one. It will either move you towards or away from tacking action. Things may even be better than you think.
Listen to yourself but also what is around you, and not always being said. Make adjustments and remain objective but flexible.
My thoughts on how expectations can kill dreams and goals. But also be healthy to have and are necessary for growth.
