In this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking to Danielle and Ben, who are the co-founders of Found by Few is a fantastic recruitment agency that works within the creative field to place amazing talent into amazing businesses. We talk about how they approach their recruitment, the way in which they support employers and of course, their candidates and how they do this whilst enhancing diversity in the creative space as well. There's some really great tips for employers and some helpful insights and ways in we can all do to start to think about recruitment in a slightly more progressive way as we move forward through our great resignation period.

In this episode we got talking to the fantastic Grace Mosuro about what it's like to be a woman in a senior position, how we have to change the way we behave to be taken seriously and what it's like to have to 'dim' your light to get ahead in the professional world.
In this episode we talk to Gareth who runs an incredible organisation called Tailor Education, where he and his team provide Relationships & Sex Education (RSE) delivery, training, consultancy and resources, primarily for schools and other organisations working with young people. We chat about what it's like working in the field, what the biggest barriers are to talking about 'taboo' topics to young people and spend lots of time discovering the importance of learning around consent.  Gareth also gives some top tips to help people who are thinking about having these conversations with friends, kids or even at work to know where to start.
In this podcast we are very excited to be joined by the amazing Joanne, who has spent her life working for non-profits to help create social mobility and is now a Social Mobility Coach for The Baytree Centre in South London. We discuss the work her and I do at the centre which is a social inclusion charity for women and girls and what we can all do to support organisations like this that give so much to our communities and to women and girls.
