A cup of T is presented to you by Thomas Vieira. Thomas is a former Division 1 athlete from the University of New Mexico. He walked-on to the football team in Fall 2015. After numerous setbacks, countless hours of hard work and preparation, he achieved one of his lifelong goals to play college football and transformed as a person. In this podcast, he shares lessons he has learned through his journey in hopes of helping you with yours. Everyone always says not to let the past affect what you are doing today. I would disagree to an extent. Our past has the ability to give us a better understanding of how to approach future endeavors if take the time to dissect our experiences (good or bad) so that we can understand the true "why" of each outcome. I do, however, agree that we should not dwell on the past and/or wish we could change it because the reality is, we can't. In this episode, Thomas goes into more depth by giving examples to clear up the picture on how to propel your future by analyzing the past. Enjoy!
